The property is serviced by continuous instant gas hot water servicing two showers and also heating in the separate living room and the kitchen/dining area for those cooler days and nights. The main large bathroom includes a combined shower with base suitable for bathing young children. The laundry includes a second shower. A second toilet is located under cover of the large wrap around verandah.
Warning: This property is located in a residential area. It is NOT a party house and the use of the property as such will not be tolerated. We ask that you respect the surrounding neighbors and keep noise to a minimum (including outdoor BBQ activity). If Whale Coast Realty receive any noise complaints during your stay the booking may be cancelled immediately
