  I had an excellent time at this location. On the positives:
  + Premises was very clean
  + Excellent view
  + Narooma is a nice non spoilt location with very friendly people.
  I do have a few comments that should be considered:
  - The fry pans are a very cheap type. I suggest throw the lot and just purchase a Bacarrat Granite finish set which will easily compliment most cooking.
  - The vertical grill is shorting out and blowing the fuse. Maybe get an electric type grill top. They don't cost much.
  - Either share a wifi or put one in. This doesn't cost much.
  Otherwise, I had really good time and plan to return same time next year for a bit longer.

  We spent a very enjoyable week in Narooma. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well supplied with plenty of crockery and cutlery and had everything we needed, living space was good, bedrooms were clean and comfy. The view was everything we hoped! Ever changing colours and goings on! Only a couple of niggles - the hot water tank is suitable for 2 people but not really for 4. We were a family of 4 so had to keep the showers super fast, especially if we thought we might need a shower after a day at the beach. And the ensuite basin didn’t drain away. Also wifi would be appreciated as I think these days it’s almost expected, especially where phone reception is poor. But other than those very small niggles the apartment was perfect and we would thoroughly recommend it.

  Lovely and clean. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Furniture in very good condition. Parking is up a short steep drive then up the side of the building and around the corner. Only saying this because we thought the garage with the No. 3 on it was where we could park. Never heard a sound from other tenants.

  This stay was part of our honeymoon. We were greeted with smiles and offer a complimentary wine. Great start. The property was chosen for the location and it and could not be faulted. Narooma harbour is beautiful and the property offers spectacular views. The local hotel was in walking distance and all meals were tasty and good value.
  
  The property inclusions were complete and we did not find that it lacked anything. The only fault was the en-suite vanity drain was slow to drain and a little smelly. Suggest a plumber attend before the issue worsens. Overall the stay at Narooma was perfect and I can see us booking the property again to relive our honeymoon memories. We have recommended the property to family and friends.

  Arrived on a weekend, directions and arrangememts for out-of-hours key collection were clear. Apartment smelt terrible on arrival, cooker extractor fan filters were caked in rancid oil. Spent first 2 hours cleaning and airing apartment. Apartment fittings all functioning but dated. No linen provided - although amazing views from balcony.
