Additional terms - Pet Friendly

1) Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
2) Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
3) Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
4) Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)

Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

  The location was good - the house was ok the rooms smelt dusty - & the back patio area had stuff * wheelbarrow & BBQ) cluttered near back door so we tidied that up. When we went to tidy up before we left the vaccum was full already so we swept up with brooms. the lock on the cupboard in the garage had been smashed so we took pictures of that on arrival as we did not want to be blamed for that - also the bins were half full so we took them out to the street upon departure- the lounge in the dining area was pretty filthy needs to be cleaned - but apart from that i was happy with the accomodation but I would not stay there again -

  Cherrybush suited our needs - An unfussy place where we could go away and take our dog. Accommodations were satisfactory. Bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Kitchen is well equipped. It would suit a large family on a budget. We enjoyed the fireplace, it is just a shame it is in the dining room and not the lounge.
  The nearby beach is close and just lovely. Close to Tilba and Narooma. We took a nice drive to Bermagui. The yard is excellent and huge which our dog loved, but as he is quite large I was worried he may jump the fence. Thankfully he did not. Would recommend .

  The house is in a lovely quiet location within a few minutes to the beach and national park walking tracks. It accommodated our family's needs including our dogs in a secure yard.
