NOTE: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned to our office before your arrival.

1) Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
2) Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
3) Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
4) Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)

Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

  Home was clean.
  Kitchen / bathroom and living all very comfortable and has everything we needed. Well renovated.
  Bedrooms dated, but had everything we needed! If you are fussy bring your own pillow.
  Property overall was great. Neighbours are lovely on both sides. They welcomed us and our fur babies. Even allowed dogs to meet officially on front lawn so they knew each other through the fence. Having our dogs was a massive bonus!
  Fencing is ok, but recommend a long lead and tie your dog when you not home as extra security. Small dogs and lazy dogs would be fine, our Labrador was fine. However our border collie escaped with ease through the gate.
  Very steep driveway, our boat is 4.8metre we managed, but in 4wd.
  Boat ramp literally just down the road, easy to launch with good fish cleaning facilities.
  Tap our front of property with a hose to clean boat if you have one.
  
  Kitchen facilities are excellent, right down to knives and forks!!
  Beautiful location.
  Inlet fish and chips are amazing, short walk. As well as a park for the kids and skate park.
  Beautiful views.
  
  Recommend - we will be returning.

  This house is in a great position. We loved watching the sunset over the inlet each night. It had a new kitchen and bathroom and was clean and very livable. The beach was a short drive away and the walks around the bay in the evenings past the beautiful little boathouses were lovely. The bed was a little uncomfortable but overall this was a great house in a good position. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

  We were together for a family reunion and we chose Narooma and this house for our stay. We came across a normal house with a million dollars view. Each room spacious and comfortable. The lounge room with the view - simply wonderful. A modern well equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Unfortunately the weather was against us but the shops were nearby, got supplies and enjoyed our time together in a very comfortable home
