  Family loved, loved, loved this place. BEST views on the coast, certainly in the region. The couches and sofas were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything. The kids even said, "This is a kitchen we'd want to cook in." Very spacious. Cons: carpets could use a cleaning and the TV in the main room didn't work that great (went in and out, which is frustrating when you're on vacation and just want to watch TV in front of the ocean :). But, the property managers were on point and very helpful. Would highly recommend. I typically don't like to return to the same place, but based on the family's input, I'd consider returning.

  The location and view from this property is absolutely amazing! The house layout and the amount of space is perfect for a large family or multiple couples to holiday together. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could ever need.
  The only negative was the poor maintenance of the house. The deck and pavers around the pool are in dire need of replacement and I would not recommend bare feet on these surfaces as a few of us obtained injuries. We also noticed some of the lesser used bedrooms were very dusty, so perhaps a thorough clean is required.
  Overall a fantastic stay, but proper maintenance of the house would make it perfect!

  106 Ocean Parade has the best view in Dalmeny - up and down the coast.
  The house was sparkling clean.
  The kitchen was very well equipped with everything that we could want - except that the dishwasher was out of action.............
  There were a few maintenance issues such as missing light globes and the deck at the front of the house needs some attention
