- Laundry located in the garage. Extra freezer also in the garage.

- 2 Single beds are stored in the garage for use if necessary.
- Wifi provided.

  We had a fantastic time watching the ocean and especially the 🐳 in the distance. Plenty of electric appliances in the kitchen. Very comfortable place. It was wonderful being pet friendly too. Definitely would love to come back again.

  Kianga Parade Beach House was perfect for a short break in a quite beachside location. Ideal for pet owners with a well fenced backyard and easy access to a 24 hr dog friendly off leash beach. Great walking paths in the area as well. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay. The back deck and BBQ area was excellent and well utilised.

  Wonderful holiday property. Great location with stunning views. Close to beautiful beachfront walks and Antons cafe, and easy access to Narooma. Very well equipped for guests, with comfortable rooms and clean amenities. The yard was very secure and perfect for our dogs. We’ll absolutely be booking again next year.   This was a comfortable house. Kitchen well equipped, bbq one of the cleanest I’ve seen in a holiday house. Close to the walk that takes you along the coast or into town. Bring your bike.
  Beds comfortable & the deck has a lovely view of the ocean opposite a dog friendly beach.
  There were a few things that could use some maintenance such as some windows couldn’t be open & window locks were a bit tricky.
  Overall a great place to stay.

  We loved it, we stayed with our 3 kids and 2 French Bulldogs. I just loved getting up before sunrise with the dogs, they played in the backyard while I watched the sunrise and read a book. Then had breakfast before grabbing a nice hot coffee from the cafe literally next-door. Then off to the Dog Friendly beach with the dogs and kids - it was magic. The house had everything we needed, and more. Then in the evenings the fantastic wifi kept the kids busy while we chilled in the breeze.

  The house is directly opposite the beach which lovely. The café infront is delicious - highly recommend it. The house is designed well however there were a few little things we found with the property; the sliding back door needs maintenance on it as it constantly fell off the rails & is very stiff, upon arrival the bins were full, and other than the master bedroom there is no ceiling fans or cooling for the other the bedrooms they got very hot, which made sleeping abit uncomfortable.
