  This is a very practical little place to stay, although a bit sparse. Very clean, but for the cover over the old couch.
  Could do with some practical touches, I.e. bedside tables and lamps, extra hooks, some colour. Great location, quiet at night.
  Mattress seems new, it was very comfortable. Commercially laundered linen was clean, over sized towels were great.

  Great location, central to everything you need in Narooma, however facilities were suboptimal. Shower had low pressure and temperature was either boiling or freezing - no in between - with the temperature fluctuating during a shower without touching the knobs. There was dead cockroaches and ants in the apartment when we turned up, and no air conditioning. Good for a budget and last minute stay, but not a luxury long term stay

  2nd stay at your units.Always a comfortable stay.We knew to bring a fan with us to circulate the room as they get quite warm of a day.RC Aircon would be a good idea for overall comfort. Had to repair loungeroom blind for privacy.. Lounge cover desperately needed a wash or not bother with it at all.Cockroaches were friendly again which seems to be a common theme along the coast.

  Overall the property was okay but there were a lot of cockroaches when we walked in and more turned up each night. It is in the perfect location though. We were able to walk around town for breakfast and dinner.
