  I was concerned about the property after a negative review was posted a couple of days before our stay. On arrival, I was immediately pleased. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The negative post had clearly been acted on as the place had new windows throughout and was very clean. Yes, it's an old, unrenovated house, but it is very comfortable and appealing and has everything we need. We used the bikes every day and the location is wonderful.
  
  We didn't get to stay for our whole trip due to Covid restrictions but Whale Coast Realty were understanding and very pleasant to deal with. I loved the house and can't wait to go back.

  Thoroughly enjoyable. We are three retirees that were looking for a quiet and relaxing few days with walking and short trips in the area. The house was suitable for us. It would have been nice for the garden to have been maintained a little as it proved challenging for us entering and leaving the property. We will, God willing, return.

  The location and view of the ocean are first class. It is an older property and furnishings are adequate. The path to the front door needs trimming back - especially when wet. We had an extended stay and like to cook for ourselves so we found the kitchen stove somewhat old and hard to use as were most of the pots and pans. The cutlery could do with a good clean out. We have hired the property before and come back for the location.

  The house is a nice and compact two bedroom house. It is well furnished, and other than dishwashing liquid the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with all the kitchenware plus glad wrap and foil. The TV was good and the beds also. I have three issues. There was no dishwasher, and some cups had clearly not been cleaned by previous guests and had lipstick marks etc. Just rinsed and put back in the cupboard. Some people don't like dishwashing! There is no AC, which for such a simple house to keep cool with a split system, it isn't really adequate. Both bathrooms have windows that would allow neighbouring properties the chance to see you, with the ensuite bathroom window very close to next doors balcony, clear pane no frosting. There are blinds however. But the views are great, opposite the walking path and has great views over Josh's Beach.

  Awesome house in the best location. Looks a bit rough on the outside but awesome on the inside. Per friendly too! The only negative - and this is very minor - the bed and couch could be little more comfy.
