Additional terms - Pet Friendly

1) Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
2) Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
3) Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
4) Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)

Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

  Enjoyed our stay with the family and our dog. A nice stroll to Mystery Bay beach for swimming and a short drive to 1080 beach for a surf. Our dog loved the beach walks permitted early mornings and late afternoons.
  We visited shortly after very heavy rainfalls so there were lots of mosquitos about, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor deck on offer as a result.

  We had a lovely stay at this property. The local beach is gorgeous, quiet and very close to the house. The house itself is well-set up and has all the modern conveniences you could ask for. The back deck has a lovely outlook with a fully fenced garden for the doggo to run around.

  Lovely little house in sleepy mystery Bay. A nice weekend getaway to escape the hustle and bustle. The house was lovely and clean inside, although outside was covered with spider webs which made it a little difficult to enjoy without cleaning off first.   Our family of 5 had a wonderful weekend at Casey’s. The house was clean and comfortable, and there was enough space for all of us. We loved seeing the wallabies and birds around the yard. It was easy being able to walk to the beach. Our little dog was very happy that he could join us on holiday. We’ll be back!

  We absolutely loved our stay in August. Open fire and plenty of walks with our dog on Mystery Beach. Day trips to Bermagui, Tilba Tilba and bikerides to beaches in National Park. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog.

  Really quiet with only the birds and waves to listen to. The cottage has everything you need and plenty of firewood and kindling. We were relaxed and comfortable and it was perfect for forgetting the pandemic and just strolling deserted beaches with the dig off lead!
